Define and implement the company-wide documentation strategy, setting standards for structure, depth, versioning, and ownership.
Build and maintain a centralized, searchable, and reliable documentation ecosystem across platforms like Confluence, GitHub, and internal wikis.
Serve as the single point of accountability for documentation quality across all technical domains.
Create, maintain, and own deep technical documentation for the entire Plannatech platform, including: Modeling and pricing engines, algorithms, and data flows; APIs, platform services, and integration protocols; Infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, deployment architecture; Internal tools for Risk, Operations, and Support.
Develop documentation that supports: Internal onboarding and education; Cross-functional engineering alignment; External partner enablement; Executive and M&A-level visibility.
Report to the Head of Product, with responsibility for delivering documentation that meets the strategic needs of the executive team (CPO, CTO, CEO, etc.).
Translate complex systems and tools into clear, structured documentation that supports: Executive-level understanding of key architecture and capabilities; Due diligence requests, scalability assessments, and partner/investor-facing materials.
Work with Product and Engineering to gather the inputs needed to ensure CSuite deliverables are complete, current, and communicable.
Maintain a strategic awareness of Plannatech's platform positioning to ensure your documentation supports commercial, operational, and technical storytelling.
Introduce lightweight, scalable documentation processes that balance completeness with delivery velocity.
Create templates, structure guides, and best practices to enable engineers and PMs to contribute meaningfully.
Lead efforts to clean up legacy documentation, eliminate duplication, and create a clear source of truth for every tool, system, and interface.
